Their communication skills are not that great. They had my car for six weeks. He failed to tell me that Kia would pay for me to have a rental car. The only catch being I had to pay out-of-pocket that Kia would reimburse me.If your car is ever under warranty. Remember that Kia will pay for your rental car!! I had a hard time getting them to return my calls so that I would know what was going on! They finally got my part in from Korea (and that’s no joke ) and got my car fixed and back on the road for me. The biggest problem now which is not their fault is that I have to worry if my car will fail like that again when I’m on the highway Kia said they hope not. The low rating is basically because they will not communicate with you. More

I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from there on May the first. It had a crack in the sunroof which they acknowledged and said a new one was on order and they would call me within the week. Last week I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau because they were not returning my call. I finally got my sunroof installed 5 days ago. They are enthusiastic about selling you a vehicle, but poor with customer service. More
