I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from there on May the first. It had a crack in the sunroof which they acknowledged and said a new one was on order and they would call me within the week. I would call them frequently, and even went to the dealership twice and spoke to the general manager Eli who assured me that The sunroof was forthcoming. Last week I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau because they were not returning my call. I finally got my sunroof installed 5 days ago. They are enthusiastic about selling you a vehicle, but poor with customer service. More
