They told us the car we purchased had certain features but after purchasing we found it it does not have those features. Their communication skills are not that great. They had my car for six weeks. He failed to tell me that Kia would pay for me to have a rental car. The only catch being I had to pay out-of-pocket t They had my car for six weeks. He failed to tell me that Kia would pay for me to have a rental car. The only catch being I had to pay out-of-pocket that Kia would reimburse me.If your car is ever under warranty. Remember that Kia will pay for your rental car!! I had a hard time getting them to return my calls so that I would know what was going on! They finally got my part in from Korea (and that’s no joke ) and got my car fixed and back on the road for me. The biggest problem now which is not their fault is that I have to worry if my car will fail like that again when I’m on the highway Kia said they hope not. The low rating is basically because they will not communicate with you. More
