As the deal is already done and we are very happy with our new Telluride, there really isn't anything to be done to turn the situation around. I would simply suggest that in the future you don't try to lowball someone on their trade-in when they have done the research and know what it is supposed to be worth. And if you're not going to honor KBB pricing estimates, take down the KBB banners and advertisements at your business. There is no way that you didn't know you were low-balling me, it took me all of 3 minutes to get a cash offer online (Carvana) for almost $2000 more than your offer and less than 4 hours to get the offer we accepted that was $3000 more than your offer. Funny thing is, if you had just offered to match the payoff amount, we would have taken it, but luckily for us we ended up making a few bucks by selling it elsewhere.
