Car purchasing experience I got the car approved after 6 hours of waiting then the fiance department called me the next day after I got the car the said the messed up on the pa I got the car approved after 6 hours of waiting then the fiance department called me the next day after I got the car the said the messed up on the paperwork so I had to come back in and resign it all over spend a lot of more time of my day thought everything was ok not a week later got a call form the bank the Kia dealership didn’t send anything that the bank needed had to gather all that up and redo it all over then a month later the bank called again the Kia dealership gave them another person Info and lied and how much I made a month was nothing but a hassle finally bank got it figured out Kia never compensated me for wasting all my time just expecting me to drop everything when they call and spend the day sitting there More

This was a major factor when deciding where t Not everyone lives in south Tulsa, so it's great to have a Kia dealership centrally located in Midtown. This was a major factor when deciding where to purchase a new car. Another major factor was the Consumer Reports 2018 car reliability report, ranking Kia third behind Toyota and Lexus. Basically, that means Kia is ranked second, since Toyota and Lexus are the same manufacturer. Also, Kia (and parent company Hyundai) have the best warranties in the car business!. I wasn't sure which model of Kia would meet my needs and salesman Mason Marsh was very patient, helpful and informative. I entered the dealership with idea that I would purchase a used vehicle, but ended up with a new vehicle and car payments that fit within my budget. I hadn't purchased a car in 20 years, so Mason set up a time at my convenience to walk me through all the new technology and features of my Sorento. (Thank you, Mason!). Mason also encouraged me to contact him with any other questions or needs. I was somewhat taken aback when it came to sign the final agreement and I saw that the interest rate was higher than initially presented. It had kind of a "bait and switch" feel to it, but a call to Tulsa Teachers Credit Union reassured me that the change in rates had occurred so recently that it was most likely an honest mistake. The final car payment amount still fit within the range of my monthly budget that I had planned on. More

The truth. Terrible experience. We were lied to countless times by finance. Our salesman was excellent. Mason did a great job of finding out what we wanted and c Terrible experience. We were lied to countless times by finance. Our salesman was excellent. Mason did a great job of finding out what we wanted and connecting us with a car we loved. But the finance and sales manager repeatedly lied. We initially agreed to 400 monthly payment with our TTL included. They told us it would be 415 a month. We agreed. After almost two hours waiting to sign paperwork the sales manager returned to say the payment had jumped to 438 a month. When we finally signed paperwork they told us the TTL would be included but did not provide us with a copy of the We-OWE stating so. A month later we receive a call from our bank stating that our trade in vehicle had not been paid off. When we called midtown Kia finance, they said they hadn’t finished our deal yet so they couldn’t pay the trade off. They sent paperwork in the mail...a whole new contract with a different payment. We talked it over and decided to sign as long as TTL was still included. They then said TTL was never included. We didn’t want to pay another payment on the trade in again so we signed. Only to find out another month later the deal still wasn’t finalized. We incurred yet another late payment from our bank on our trade as well as our credit showed late payments now. We contacted them again and they sent us a different contract. Unbelievable. We asked if they would pay our trade payment, they refused. When we finally got our paperwork months later, we went to get our tag that same week. That’s when we were charged late fees because they had recorded the sales date over a month previous. We communicated all of these shady dealings with finance and management. Nothing was ever done. We overpaid our trade in. Two payments of 294 dollars. and we paid penalty’s on our tag because Midtown Kia lies about when the car was sold. Unprofessional. Unethical. Immoral. I’ve sent 3 different people elsewhere to buy A Kia since this experience. More
