Not taking care of their warranty issues. I bought a brand new Kia Sportage in 2013. Normal service work which I paid for was always done correctly . When I had a serious warranty issue with my rims with the rims chipping badly all around them they wouldn’t get them fixed/replaced. My family has bought several cars from them. I’ve filed a report with the better business bureau and they came back as Kia never responded to them about my issue . I drove Around town and seen other Kia Sportages from my year and they are all having the same wheel issues . It’s been over 6 months and Kia never replaced my rims. More

We were less than thrilled about the idea of trying to buy a car with our young kids in tow, but Mason and the staff worked with us patiently while we We were less than thrilled about the idea of trying to buy a car with our young kids in tow, but Mason and the staff worked with us patiently while we took turns watching the kids and doing business. The kids room was PERFECT for hanging out, and they even provided us snacks and drinks. They brought paperwork to us when possible, rather than sitting at a small desk, and when it came time to sign the dotted line, Fallon had everything ready to sign in no time flat, and explained it all very well. We were able to go in and sign one at a time while the other one stayed with the kids. They worked with our situation, and did so with genuine, warm smiles. Mason patiently showed us several different vehicles until we found the best one for our family. The sales manager even came out and worked with us directly to ensure that the numbers worked within our budget without compromising what we needed. This was one of the most quick, painless experiences we've ever had buying a car, and we got exactly what we came in for. I can honestly say that I will never hesitate to return to them when the time comes. More

I was sent in by service mgr to have the blue tooth looked a On going problem with bluetooth. Always a temp fix. Now I feel they keep dodging the real problem. Service mgr said bring it in they will need to go into the system and find the problem. The lady comes out” Your Oil Change is done dadas but no mention of bluetooth. I had to say uh that’s the reason for bringing in the car. I kept trying to tell her that it would not and always had time to time problems with pairing and other issues. Once again I was told if I had problem after phone update. Ohhh My Gosh, now I have to go back I. And. Sit and wait. Need I say any more. 4 years. Guess I’m to get tired and forget, but I Won’t! I will say they do a good job when they want to or take time like in my case. More
