I purchased a Kia Telluride from another dealership in September. I scheduled service for the recalls on the vehicle in October. They didn't have a part for one of the recalls so they said they would ca September. I scheduled service for the recalls on the vehicle in October. They didn't have a part for one of the recalls so they said they would call me when it was in. I never heard from them, so I called in December and left a message. Never heard from them, so I requested an appointment in late March through the website. I never heard from them again, so I called again. Finally, after getting ahold of someone in the service dept., they transferred me to the parts dept. to see if the part for the recall was in. (Why couldn't they ask for me?) They had to order it (if it's a common recall, why don't you have that in stock?) Then, transferred back to service and made an appointment. When I brought my car in, it took over 6 hours for an oil change, recall part replacement and radio software upgrade. Everything was fixed and the service guy, Cody, I worked with was very nice and helpful but trying to schedule service was a pain. More

I feel like I was treated fairly financially. But the salesman that I dealt with failed to mention the current state of the vehicle I was purchasing. Also it is very hard to get updates on my vehicle's progress, so I don't really know what is going on or have any ETA. It doesn't instill a lot of trust in the dealership as whole. More
