Except for wiper blades and an emergency tire, no one has serviced this vehicle except this service department and I have trusted it to help me keep my vehicle in the best condition. I am disappointed my loyalty seems misplaced. Perhaps I am expecting too much to be spoken to at the time of service or to have my service record at this facility reviewed? If there are more important customers being serviced at the same time, please let me know and I will consider alternatives. More
