Friendly Nice place, friendly atmosphere. Gentry was cool, she was knowledgeable and we are glad with her showing me our Kia Soul !. The only slight pressure w Nice place, friendly atmosphere. Installed our window tint They took in the car as promised and on time. Told us it would take 3 to 4 hours to install, and it was done in just under 3 hours. The most heartless We went into the dealership and planned on looking at a Kia Sorento, we knew what we wanted and they pushed us towards a Kia Sportage. Same size vehicle we were currently in, we needed to size up with a baby and extras always riding with us. Finally we looked at a Sorento and got to drive one, they let us drive it for the weekend. Said it had a backup camera-it didn’t. They knew I needed one since I’m so little. Finally I called on Monday and told them I was bringing the Kia back, the bank wouldn’t loan over the value of the car and the car was valued over what they could loan on it. I was told our bank didn’t know what they were doing... I took the Kia back and not a soul talked to me, it was pouring down rain and no one even offered to help me move a car seat over-I had 2! So in the pouring rain I moved 2 car seats with babies by myself. We will never go back! More

Multi point inspection I requested a multi point inspection when I brought my car in for an oil change and did not get one. I like Mid town Kia because they normally are on top of everything so I don’t know if it was a bad tech or what? Overall Greg did good. More
