They made me comfortable right from the beginning! Never got my vehicle fixed Poor service and the reason that are vehicles was brought in for was never fixed. It was brought in 3 times for the same problem. Horrible, always expect to wait forever First time I got an oil change it took about 2 1/2 hours I had a specific time scheduled and didn’t see my car move the service section for an hour. Second time brought car in three workers was back there just standing while one guys was juggling all the customers. I over heard another lady say we aren’t coming back here you never have the times right and now I can’t help but agree. This Kia lot is our closest lot and now we will go out of our way to get service, even checking out the cars while waiting on our in service seems rediculously overpriced. We just bought a Kia in Joplin brand new and payed way below what and optima there is on that lot plus we have a 200,00 mile warranty. I looked up the reviews to make sure it wasn’t just me complaining and I found out I’m not... if anything it seems this lots needs to go. I wish our roper Kia in Joplin would take your place, sure the xxxx would move a lot more cars and serve happier customers!! More

Good at first, horrible at the end! Please beware this dealership lied to us, motor went out of our vehicle 30 days after purchase, we were told they would buy it back and put us into so Please beware this dealership lied to us, motor went out of our vehicle 30 days after purchase, we were told they would buy it back and put us into something else, mind you they new we had just gotten our Bankruptcy discharge! We were excited about them taking care of the situation, they put us into a Ford truck we were happy, until we got a call from the bank saying we were behind on our Kia payment!?! We called Midtown. Back to see what was going on, guess what they didn't pay off our Kia, they said they never told us they would! And they did 3 different people told us they were buying it back and apologized left and right! Our Salesman Jeremy G. Told us not to make another payment on the Kia it was taken care of and mail him the title, and we did just that!! So as we sit here today we now have a fresh repo on our Credit after filing Bankruptcy because of Midtown Kia! And NO they never ever told us we were doing a repo, if they had we would have Never bought the truck, we filed bankruptcy for a reason!!! So be careful this dealship is crooked and they can't tell the truth! Disappointed that our Salesman didn't stand up for us, of all people he new we didn't want another repo from day 1 and I'm pretty sure he was under the same assumption as we were, cause why else would he tell us not to make another payment on our Kia and Mail him the title to it, Jeremy Geiger was great at first but when he didn't stand up for us, he was just like the rest. More
