Good at first, horrible at the end! Please beware this dealership lied to us, motor went out of our vehicle 30 days after purchase, we were told they would buy it back and put us into so Please beware this dealership lied to us, motor went out of our vehicle 30 days after purchase, we were told they would buy it back and put us into something else, mind you they new we had just gotten our Bankruptcy discharge! We were excited about them taking care of the situation, they put us into a Ford truck we were happy, until we got a call from the bank saying we were behind on our Kia payment!?! We called Midtown. Back to see what was going on, guess what they didn't pay off our Kia, they said they never told us they would! And they did 3 different people told us they were buying it back and apologized left and right! Our Salesman Jeremy G. Told us not to make another payment on the Kia it was taken care of and mail him the title, and we did just that!! So as we sit here today we now have a fresh repo on our Credit after filing Bankruptcy because of Midtown Kia! And NO they never ever told us we were doing a repo, if they had we would have Never bought the truck, we filed bankruptcy for a reason!!! So be careful this dealship is crooked and they can't tell the truth! Disappointed that our Salesman didn't stand up for us, of all people he new we didn't want another repo from day 1 and I'm pretty sure he was under the same assumption as we were, cause why else would he tell us not to make another payment on our Kia and Mail him the title to it, Jeremy Geiger was great at first but when he didn't stand up for us, he was just like the rest. More

Installed our window tint They took in the car as promised and on time. Told us it would take 3 to 4 hours to install, and it was done in just under 3 hours. The most heartless We went into the dealership and planned on looking at a Kia Sorento, we knew what we wanted and they pushed us towards a Kia Sportage. Same size vehicle we were currently in, we needed to size up with a baby and extras always riding with us. Finally we looked at a Sorento and got to drive one, they let us drive it for the weekend. Said it had a backup camera-it didn’t. They knew I needed one since I’m so little. Finally I called on Monday and told them I was bringing the Kia back, the bank wouldn’t loan over the value of the car and the car was valued over what they could loan on it. I was told our bank didn’t know what they were doing... I took the Kia back and not a soul talked to me, it was pouring down rain and no one even offered to help me move a car seat over-I had 2! So in the pouring rain I moved 2 car seats with babies by myself. We will never go back! More
