The customer sitting next to my wife said it best: “If you can tie your shoes you can change a battery.” I’m still waiting to find out what my “Extended Warranty” ACTUALLY covers. More

Amazing and very enjoyable We were looking for something within a specific price range, specific engine size etc. We searched the internet and the two websites of CarGurus and We were looking for something within a specific price range, specific engine size etc. We searched the internet and the two websites of CarGurus and Carfax popped up. We went to look at the car we pulled up on the web. But after getting there and meeting Daniel, who met us in the parking lot, he showed us the dealership inventory which we found the car we did eventually get. The entire staff that we dealt with made us feel instantly right at home and comfortable while taking the anxiety out of car buying from the first contact until we pulled out of the parking lot on our journey home. We would absolutely recommend Midtown Kia for customer service and price of vehicles. More

They made me comfortable right from the beginning! Horrible, always expect to wait forever First time I got an oil change it took about 2 1/2 hours I had a specific time scheduled and didn’t see my car move the service section for an hour. Second time brought car in three workers was back there just standing while one guys was juggling all the customers. I over heard another lady say we aren’t coming back here you never have the times right and now I can’t help but agree. This Kia lot is our closest lot and now we will go out of our way to get service, even checking out the cars while waiting on our in service seems rediculously overpriced. We just bought a Kia in Joplin brand new and payed way below what and optima there is on that lot plus we have a 200,00 mile warranty. I looked up the reviews to make sure it wasn’t just me complaining and I found out I’m not... if anything it seems this lots needs to go. I wish our roper Kia in Joplin would take your place, sure the xxxx would move a lot more cars and serve happier customers!! More
Never got my vehicle fixed Poor service and the reason that are vehicles was brought in for was never fixed. It was brought in 3 times for the same problem. They charged us miney to fix a key fob that they may have broke amd said they had are vehicle aligned, but we had to get it done some where else because it was not. Poor Service. More
