Noticed shoe prints on my floor mat and assumed it was from an employee's wet boots after washing the car; however, they are still there several days later so must have had some oil on their boots. They normally put down a paper mat, but didn't this time. More

A couple of day they answered all my questions, about the car and financing! Was a wonderful experience did all paperwork over the phone, when we showed up to get the car we were there an hour and a half and off we drove in our 2018 Kia stinger!!! Love my car, I will be going back for everything I need even though I am 2 hours away!!! Thank you Midtown Kia!! More

That I appreciated, and worked around my schedule to fix the issue. Even after a follow up visit, for a mistake that wasnt caught before id left the 1st time. It was again handled very well, the apologetic and level of respect to handle my issue helped with my patients and frustrations. Things happen beyound control, ultimately I needed my car taken care of so i could continue my busy schedule without worry of my transportation. I feel that my needs were met, timely and respectfully. More

I was talked into leaseing purchase which I was really not given the time to research the pro’s and con’s of leasing a car. Salesman was very professional but I still felt pushed to some degree! Was not given a chance to check with other options and/or a chance to shop other dealerships. Wished I could of looked at other options that could of came with the car! Never was asked if interested in other options. I love the car! But everyday day now I catch myself worrying about how many miles I’m putting on my car. So far, I have put more than 1,000 for the first month! Meaning I will not be able to ever take a trip to like to Ok City without putting lots on miles on the car. I’m so scared now that I will go over my 36,000 mile limit within my three year contract! More

On one occasion they failed to fully insert the oil drain plug and our vehicle leaked oil on a cross-country road trip. On another occasion my car went in for a standard oil change and I left without an engine oil cap. They promised on both occasions to provide better service the next time. Well we recently had our car fail to start and called them to see about bringing it in from Stillwater (an hour away) and got a nasty representative who said they were busy and needed to call us back. We ultimately got the car serviced at another dealership and still have yet to receive that call back. Terrible dealership, avoid. More
It was great They work with me in any which way. I was so happy with the outcome that I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone . I got the best deal. They work with me in any which way. I was so happy with the outcome that I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone . I got the best deal. More

No title, no loan, no returned calls. July 13 2018, my husband and I went in to midtown for a specific vehicle. We ended up leaving with that vehicle, but it CONTINUES to be a nightmare! W July 13 2018, my husband and I went in to midtown for a specific vehicle. We ended up leaving with that vehicle, but it CONTINUES to be a nightmare! We were asked to provide 3 bank statements, the house contract, and a utility. We provided them, and never heard back until we called because our 30 day tag was 2 days away from expiration. Keep in mind I emailed these documents to our salesman Allen, and he had no clue who it was from even with me adding that in the subject, our phone numbers and email were all over papers we signed for the car. Since our tag was about to expire, and we hadn’t received a title, my husband calls to speak with Allen. Allen was with another customer and was supposed to return the call. Well that never happened, so the next day we talked with our finance person Anna, she overnighted a new tag, and said she’d pull up our deal and figure out the problem. She got back to us relatively quickly, apparently the bank needed some more documents, like my license to be changed to my married name(which I had signed an affidavit for), along with copies of my written checks, and insurance. She didn’t understand why they just wouldn’t accept a marriage license, so she had Nate, I’m assuming another finance person try to get in touch with the bank. We never heard anything come of that, and when I asked if the bank statements showing the checks would work or not, I received no reply. There being no reply, no documents were sent to them, because it was going to cost me $4 per check image from my bank, plus the money to change my license, and I was never told what documents I really needed. My last conversation with Anna was a Thursday, we go to the weekend with no communication, and our credit was ran again. The bank the loan was supposed to be the lender ran it again, along with some other bank. We obviously weren’t happy. Still no phone calls from a single person at the dealership, so I text Anna while at work explaining how much of a nightmare this has been, and that we just wanted to return the vehicle and wash our hands of this place. That got her attention and she had her finance manager Brent Sullivan give me a call. I told Brent what had happened ever since we took the car home, he apologized, and asked if there was anything he could do. His kindness didn’t last long, when I said we wanted to return the car he got very rude and disrespectful, said there was no way he was taking it back. He then said he wouldn’t make any excuses for the other employees but wanted to know what he could do, I tried to answer his questions multiple times and he just talked over me. I then got so frustrated to the point where I told him I’d just have my husband call and talk to him. That evening my husband called Brent, he started out very rude going on about the car couldn’t be brought back. He then said he asked me what I’d want to kind of fix the problem, and my husband just asked what he would offer. The only offer was free oil changes for life, when we live 85 miles from the freaking dealership! My husband told him it that didn’t matter because we change our own oil, and their too far away, he told him to think about what he could offer and to give him a call back. He nor I ever received a call back from Brent, and that was Wednesday August 22nd. I tried calling to speak with Brent that Friday the 24th. He was out of town that day, and they didn’t know when he’d be back, so I left a message. Surprise, surprise no returned phone call. Fast forward to today, August 28th 2018, I tried calling to speak with Brent again today, but he was at lunch so I left yet another message. I called around 2:30 and it’s now almost 6pm, and he still has not returned my phone call. The loan company finally called me today as well, told me what they needed and are wanting the first months payment that was due August 13th, which we didn’t pay because there was no sign that we at that point even owned the car. Anna had said we could get the payment pushed back to reflect the date the deal would be finalized, and I can’t get anyone to return a phone call. We love the car, but this place makes me want to never buy another vehicle in my entire life. I’m very disappointed in the whole situation, my husband has bought many cars and never had this big of a problem. We were being bullied, told they could push the deal through whether we wanted it or not, and we still have nothing resolved. Don’t think I’d ever recommend someone to Midtown. When asked how they could fix it, all we wanted was the payment pushed back and for them to pay tag, tax and title, since there will be penalties. Thanks Midtown. More

I declined service & took to our family mechanic who patched it for free. He said it wasn’t too close to rim, so it was obviously repairable. Past few service visits have been unsatisfactory. For this reason, I will not be buying a Kia in the future. More
