negotiation went well until the very end, then poor and poor Ended up with a reasonable price then had issues with the car not being ready (tire light was on) and having two keys. After all was done, there was only 1 key for the vehicle and I requested two. I was walked out to service department and told another key would cost $300,00, I was very upset. I had never bought a car before without receiving two keys. I was about to leave angry and should have. The salesman made some kind of deal and brought the cost of the extra key down to $115,00. Still ridiculous for having just purchased a car, but better than $300.00. After agreeing to the cost I went online and found I could get a key for $80.00. Just feel ripped off at the end. And still have not received the other key. I will not shop there again. More
