Took my car in for a trade after my bankruptcy discharged. They told me they couldn’t work with my negative equity but I could return my trade car without penalty because it wasn’t on my credit report. This was contrary to what we had been told (you have 60 days after you reaffirm a loan to give it back with not penalty) but they swore it up one side and down the other. Being a nice new dealership we gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought our replacement car. That was on Saturday. Monday, talking to my bankruptcy lawyer confirmed they had in fact mislead us, purposely. I called the dealership and wanted to have someone held responsible. I was advised I could return the car and cancel the deal and that employees would be handled. BS. The phone call ended and so did my complaint. The General Manager refuses to give me closer on this issue, they were allowed to lie to customers, saying anything to make a sale. I’d expect that at a shady dealership, but not here. Do not buy from them, especially if your situation is not ideal. More

Just the facts please. I never seem to be able to get straight answers from the dealership. What is REQUIRED from Kia? ABC. Ok. At 30,000 miles your tune up is $380 ish. Ok. My book says $290? Oh. Does yours have BG on it? No. Well that’s the difference. Ok. So...... Which one of those does Kia say you HAVE to do? Great customer service and atmosphere I’ve gone to this location for recalls twice and have had no issues whatsoever! I didn’t buy my vehicle from them but they treat me as if I did. Rude Service from Travis Travis Arnett was rude in every aspect of the ordeal. He was not even involved in our situation but made himself involved even when I would specifical Travis Arnett was rude in every aspect of the ordeal. He intercepted every call and I specifically told him I left a message for Greg and would wait for him to return it. He wouldnt listen to reasons why I brought my car in. Greg was great and took care of the issue once able to return the call. I will not be back at this location. More
Out of towners found a good one! Greg was the first person we met. He was extremely helpful, got us a same day appointment, completed the repairs, and was very pleasant.
