Key fob troubles I called first before I came in and I spoke with Greg Stutzman in the service department. He said he could help us program a key fob, so we came in. He said they needed the fob and the car for about an hour so we walked across the street to get something to eat... and “yes” he showed us the waiting area and snacks we get, but we wanted to walk. Got back a he said they to program the fob because it was a China knockoff which I already knew but was hopeful. While he had the car he found out that it had a warranty issue that was unresolved so we let them fix it. Even though I didn’t get what I came in for, Greg’s friendly attitude and professionalism were a great source of comfort to us. More

Best car buying experience EVER! I honestly did not think they would be able to meet my needs- same monthly payment, no money down and we needed a vehicle with a third row. Shockingly, Doug was able to get me and my family into a new, 2018 Kia Sorento with all of my requirements met! In addition, I got an amazing deal because of their Black Friday specials they were running!!! Doug truly had my best interest in mind, which I greatly appreciate. Horrible director. Horrible communication. Horrible service Bad experience with service advisor. First time I came in for problem which later was told was because of a "faulty fuel system" which was supposedly Bad experience with service advisor. First time I came in for problem which later was told was because of a "faulty fuel system" which was supposedly replaced. Service Bay man did not communicate my new concerns and director disregarded problems. I told them I didnt want to work with the guy I worked with prior and he said "okay" and then turned right around and gave him my paper Work and I to deal with him my entire visit. Like I said once a spoke to a different advisor niether one of them had told her the issues my car was having a side from the check engine light turning on which was related AGAIN to the fuel system. She could tell me if the issues I had the month prior went hand and hand. I was basically told that my car had to completely be messed up before they could help me fix any thing.
