Checked the burn smell I was so sick to my stomach to learn that my car I just bought 3 weeks prior has a valve cover gasket seal leak due to it being dry rotted. I have tried to get ahold of Harry for over a week and left messages but nothing. Travis could not help me with this problem said I should have got the extended warranty. I say this car should have been better inspection before putting it up for sale. I am disabled on social security and cannot afford an expensive repair!! More

Overall experience was good. My overall experience was great, however, when it came to the financing portion, Michael Alexander was very unprofessional. He intentionally mislead me to coerce the sale of the extended warranty by quoting me a ridiculously high interest rate of 14%, then pretended he was doing me a favor by dropping it to 7%. He was also very temperamental and moody and was slamming doors and other things around during the sale. I don't feel one person can ruin the overall experience, but to be treated that way by someone acting childish was far less than desirable. More
