Midtown KIA rocks! SOLID I had an issue on my credit report I was afraid might prohibit my getting approved for a loan. Not the best service appointment I scheduled an oil change online and received a call saying theyd like to appraise me for a new car.. I said okay but I wasnt looking. Arrived for my oil change and explained an issue I was having and they said i was no longer under warranty and didnt even check it out. I was greeted by a salesman and they began trying to get my in a new car but I truly wasnt interested. They didnt really listen to my needs just tried to get me in a new car. After being bargained with for 2 hours I finally paid for my oil change and left and was never read the status of my car and got home to see I needed additional services. Feels like since my warranty expired I got a totally different treatment and that my car wasnt properly taken care of More
They didn't listen. I was there in Nov 2018 to have the vehicle I bought at Primeaux (same dealer, different owner and name) serviced. While sitting in the waiting area, I was there in Nov 2018 to have the vehicle I bought at Primeaux (same dealer, different owner and name) serviced. While sitting in the waiting area, a salesman approached me to complete a survey. I spent some time with two salesman, went for a drive, etc. But I was clear that I would not be buying a vehicle that day and did not want my credit pulled. I never applied for a loan, telling them I would arrange financing on my own when ready. Imagine my surprise today to receive a notice in the mail letting me know they had pulled my credit. If you are not aware, there must be a permissible purpose to pull someone's credit. I expressly told them I did not want my credit pulled, yet they did. I am very disappointed in all the changes here since the dealership changed hands. There were other minor issues with the service department but I thought I would give them another chance. This was the last straw though, they have lost my trust. My issues with service aren't why I am posting a review of this business today, it's with the sales department because of them pulling my credit without my permission. But since I brought it up I will explain. My main problems are 1) them doing more than I asked causing me a higher repair bill - again, not listening, and 2) not making sure a repair was done correctly and testing the system. Took an additional hour and two more attempts before the problem was finally corrected. More

They couldn't match the price offered on cargurus but came reasonably close, which was acceptable to me. Mr, Starks helped me through it all, and is no less than a rockstar in my opinion. He answered every question i had, and ensured that i got the best deal possible. I cannot say enough about the guy, he was awesome! If you are looking for a great deal and a no hassle environment for your next vehicle purchase i highly recommend Midtown Kia! More

The Hyundai is low to the ground making it difficult to get in and out. The drivers seat is not as soft on my back as I hoped. I looked at Honda HR-V, Hyundai Kona. Finally went to Midtown Kia. The Soul + turned out to be the best fit. Jason Herzog and Jeremy Geiger were an absolute excellent sales team that helped me with this purchase!
