Awful It was my first time buying a car, and my experience was terrible. No one was cooperative, and seemed to want to screw me over because I’m young. No o It was my first time buying a car, and my experience was terrible. No one was cooperative, and seemed to want to screw me over because I’m young. No one would be straight forward with me at all. Every time I had to go in, I had to wait a very long time because no one wanted to help me. I got all my paperwork signed, and a MONTH later I discovered that they had messed up and I had to resign all my paperwork and get ANOTHER temp tag. This caused me to get late fees on my tag and title. Allen was okay, but Michael was awful to me. Condescending and rude. It was much more of a hassle than it should have been. TERRIBLE experience. Auto start follow up help I received fast professional and caring support from Stephen libera. Our installation was not the best quality customer service and we were struggli I received fast professional and caring support from Stephen libera. Our installation was not the best quality customer service and we were struggling to use the auto start. Stephen took the time over the phone to go over every aspect of how to use the auto start. None of the steps were provided or shown by the service department after the installation. It was basically here is your key and your ready to go. We found the quick use manual in the glove box two weeks later. This was a Christmas gift from my husband. Stephen was the key to making this end as a great experience. I was very frustrated with service but Stephen helped me to reconsider my perspective. I am glad he can keep customers happy. A+++ More
