I own a 2015 Opt My car needed service due to a recall. I also asked for them to check out a few things that were going on that I was concerned about. I own a 2015 Optima. I declined the service on the info I received. Stated that I need a new battery and front brakes. Cost is too high but the recall parts replaced. Went to pick up my vehicle, the lady that sits in the far corner didnt even try to assist. The male position close to the door was really busy. The cashier calls for my car to get pulled upfront. I Get in theres oil on my seat...my driver seat was pushed far back from whomever drove it didnt return it back to the initial position. They dont even give complimentary car washes. There was cat pawprints on the hood of my car. NO they were not there when I brought my vehicle in. Customer service was poor this visit. I'd rather drive all the way back to Texas to get service then return if they do things like this at this Tulsa location. More

Sucky To start off this review, this has absolutely nothing to do with our salesman, or the service department. We bought a 2019 Kia optima on December 1 To start off this review, this has absolutely nothing to do with our salesman, or the service department. We bought a 2019 Kia optima on December 1st, and have had nothing but terrible experiences at this dealership. This place is an absolute joke when it come to management. The problem starts with their absolute terrible phone system/ or terrible form of communication between people there. We had a terrible issue with our vehicle (unrelated), but I called at least 5 times to try to talk to the service department and never got to talk to anyone. We had to contact our salesman directly to schedule us an appointment to bring our car in so we could have a loaner vehicle. When we got the new car, they told us they had 5 days to payoff our trade-in. They made two partial payments on January 4th, and there is still a remaining balance on our old loan due to this. I saw shortly after we got our vehicle that our trade-in was for sale on their website. It is no longer there, so I am taking it that they sold my trade-in without it being fully paid off (I have proof that it was for sale on the website). When you receive a temporary tag from any dealership, it is valid for 30 days. In that amount of time, you are supposed to be able to get all registration done without penalty. The new title was not sent to me until January 2nd (I also have proof of this). We were told that we should be able to get part of our gap insurance back from our trade-in, so we were counting on that to help offset the cost of all the registration. We are not able to get any of it until the loan is paid off, which it is not. We have now had to pay completely out of pocket for this, and I feel like we need compensation for this because of their lack of doing the job they are supposed to do. After many attempts to contact the service department, and the financial department for the issues we we're having, my breaking point was when I was placed on hold for a total of 19 minutes. Halfway through hold, a man answered and said that it was the wrong department and placed me back on hold. The end of the 19 minutes was just the phone being picked up, then hung up. Where I then called back immediately and asked to speak with the highest ranked person there. I spoke with a man (I forget his name), and he helped me at first, asked if he could find some things out and call me back. I said as long as you keep your word and do it. He did call back, then needed to check something else, and asked if he could call back again. I said the same thing as before. I never received a call back. The following day, I went to the dealership and asked to speak with him, or whoever is in the highest ranking position. I was told that I would be able to talk to Roger. My wife and I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half to meet with Roger who was on "lunch break". Finally when I met him, I knew that I had seen him walk past me 3 or 4 times in that hour and a half timeframe. He was very helpful when I met with him, and seemed to be very genuine that he was concerned. Now after more continued problems, I have called and left 3 messages for him to give me a call back, one time I was told there was a note placed on his desk, and another time I was told that he was in a meeting with the owner of the dealership, and he would call me back as soon as he was out. I still have not received any type of communication to show they are concerned or that I am a valued customer, and I need cooperation with this terribly managed place of business. I hope that maybe I can revise this review to say that I am more than happy with the service I finally received. Until that happens, this place will receive this exact review on every platform I can review them on. Midtown Kia, you know my problems, I suggest you do your best to fix them. It's your move now. You know my name, you have my contact information. I will leave it at that. Have a nice day. -Kyle Pirrone More

I feel as though Trey did an excellent job in making everything as smooth as possible and exemplified professionalism and friendliness! He’s a great asset to the team for sure. However, I was displeased with the organization of the finance department and was bombarded with constant offers for warranty that I repeatedly said no to. Other than this one downfall, this company is doing great things! Thanks so much for the wonderful Vehicle and the awesome customer service! More
Awful, Scam Artist Midtown Kia is a scammer and someone needs to stop Them from screwing innocent people. This dealership is a joke. Took my car in for a trade after my Midtown Kia is a scammer and someone needs to stop Them from screwing innocent people. This dealership is a joke. Took my car in for a trade after my bankruptcy discharged. They told me they couldn’t work with my negative equity but I could return my trade car without penalty because it wasn’t on my credit report. This was contrary to what we had been told (you have 60 days after you reaffirm a loan to give it back with not penalty) but they swore it up one side and down the other. Being a nice new dealership we gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought our replacement car. That was on Saturday. Monday, talking to my bankruptcy lawyer confirmed they had in fact mislead us, purposely. I called the dealership and wanted to have someone held responsible. I was advised I could return the car and cancel the deal and that employees would be handled. BS. The phone call ended and so did my complaint. The General Manager refuses to give me closer on this issue, they were allowed to lie to customers, saying anything to make a sale. I’d expect that at a shady dealership, but not here. Do not buy from them, especially if your situation is not ideal. More
