Arrogant Salesman told me his dad is GM of dealership!!! The first salesman I dealt with was nice and had just started, he couldn’t find the car I was looking at on their website and had someone help him. The person he had help him said the car was being driven by the dealership owner and he was at dinner. He asked me if I would wait 30 minutes and talk number with them and check the car out once it got back. Turns out the price advertised price on the website had every discount added that no one would ever be eligible for. Once I told them it seemed to be bad practice and I had looked at different dealer a few months before and their online prices were the same when I went there, the salesman told me that they actually get a lot of business from that dealership due to them having better customer service. Ha yeah right! Once I said I was leaving he yelled “Good luck at The other dealership !” The Next day I received a call from the GM of Midtown and he wanted to know how my experience was and I let him know. He apologized and made me a very good offer on the car I wanted so I said I would come back the next day and check it out. The next day when I got to the dealership everything was going good, we made the deal and then the same arrogant salesman came out from the back and said “I knew you’d be back!!! Did the GM call you? That’s my dad.” I was pretty upset but I just ignored him and went along with my business. Once I got to signing the final contract, the numbers weren’t exactly correct and the finance guy said they would just send me a check with the difference. I then had to come back the next day and sign a different contact because the first one was not aligned correctly when they printed it. It was an overall bad experience dealing with this dealership! Will not buy from them again! Most of the employees were very friendly but 1 bad apple ruins the whole lot!!! More

I made the right decision to shop there. Eugene Hunter told I have purchased lots of cars over my lifetime and never until now did I leave there without feeling I probably shouldn't have done that. Dont tell you what you need to know Got a glat that BLEW across the expressway. Aa comes, no spare. So I come to Kia, where I bought it. Thought I had a tire plan or I would have gone elsewhere. Paid extraf or tow. I was told my car was sold to me with NO SPARE, by my salesman who sold me the car., and no tire plan. I have never heardof having a car with no spare. Not only that, but sales comes back to tell me my tiresare DRY ROTTED. I haven't had the car a year; had to be sold to me that way. I cant afford 4 new tires, which I need because the car is dangerous now. Replace one tire that blew and left with no spare and three dry rotted tires. I wi be saving my pennies now, because I am NOT RETURNING TO KIA FOR TIRES. More
Easy and Hassle Free Car Buying Experience My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and went to Midtown Kia to look at the new Telluride. We met with Andre Starks that day but were unabl My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and went to Midtown Kia to look at the new Telluride. We met with Andre Starks that day but were unable to see a Telluride due to them all being out of stock. We told Andre the exact model and features we were looking for and were told he would get in touch with us. Fast Forward two weeks later, a Telluride with all of the features we were interested in showed up, Andre gave us a call and we came down to test drive it. We fell in love with the Telluride and Andre worked with us on our trade in to get us what we wanted in order for the numbers to work out exactly how we wanted them. Andre and the Staff at Midtown Kia made this a smooth, easy and hassle free process. We would definitely recommend Midtown to anyone in the market. More
