Service techs don’t do their jobs First off, this is the third time for this survey. Heather was great with communication and checking on the car. We dropped the car off on a Monday with the following concerns 1- needed an oil change 2 - rear door wouldn’t open from inside or outside 3 - there are 2 sensors that go off every time you get in the car from the day we bought it, it has been in two other times for that specific problem and still hasn’t been fixed. We were told it would be one day. The next day we were told everything was fixed and completed, we drove back to pick up our car. The door wasn’t fixed and both sensors were still going off. We left the car and then were told it would take a week to fix the door because a part was shipped from Chicago apparently via walking. We finally got the car back and the door was finally fixed, But the 2 sensors still haven’t been. This in my opinion is very piss pour service. I have you a one star because of Heathers service and I can’t put no stars. I have bought two cars from you and I’m getting ready to buy another but doubt (based off this and other experiences with your service department) it will be from MidTown which is really disappointing because you have a new sales Rep Jade that I have been friends with since she was a child. More

Used to recommend kia I used to highly recommend kia, not anymore. Appointments are recommended but not honored. My most recent recall, light came back on after it was "fixed" I was told it may cost me $100 to find out what may be wrong. May be my problem may be theirs, not willing to bet $100 bucks on it. Treatment over the last few years lost you a loyal Kia customer. More

Telluride Purchase Andre Starks and Allen Starks assisted me in the purchase of a Telluride SX. I was impressed by how much Andre actually knew about the features and details of the Telluride. I never felt pressured 1 time on buying. Allen was upfront about the asking price and what type financing was available. I would recommend both Andre and Allen to anyone looking for a Kia and give them a 10 star rating if I could. However, I was not impressed with the guy that did my financing. Don’t remember his name but he got the job done in the end. I do remember his last words, “That’s a big hole you just made”. Thank you for reminding me of how much debt I just committed to. If I wasn’t fully committed...I would have backed out on those last words. I still love my Telluride. Thank you Midtown Kia. More
