Stalking Horse My wife and I are currently looking to get a new vehicle and as such are looking at multiple websites for a particular vehicle we want. We saw the ad My wife and I are currently looking to get a new vehicle and as such are looking at multiple websites for a particular vehicle we want. We saw the add for a vehicle we were interested in the night before and called the next morning to inquire about what the taxes and fees would be. The representative took my information down and said that I would be contacted later in the day. When I had not heard back several hours later I contacted the dealer instead. Unfortunately, now the price of the vehicle had increased ~20% because I was told this was too low of a price and was a mistake. The manager did not seem to care about my business. Overall I felt that I was used as a stalking horse and that this dealership doesn't feel the need to honor any advertisements. More
