Fast and Efficient I was about 15 minutes early for the appointment. They got me right in and within 20 minutes the problem was fixed and I was out the door. Dissatisfied Customer poor customer service. Lack of empathy to customer. Then after 4 days finally received a loaner after speaking to manager. Then Enterprise told me poor customer service. Lack of empathy to customer. Then after 4 days finally received a loaner after speaking to manager. Then Enterprise told me they could not rent to me because Kia had an outstanding balance of $10k. Why would a company want their customer to know they are in that type of Dept. Horrible experience. More

Good but PLEASE READ I've been taking my car here since purchase in 2014 (through ownership change) and I DO trust them to do great work on the maintenance and service wor I've been taking my car here since purchase in 2014 (through ownership change) and I DO trust them to do great work on the maintenance and service work. BUT - this is the 2nd time I've had grease footprints on my floor mats. Mentioned it the first time and never heard anything from them. They don't wash my car as part of service, citing the roof luggage bars - but they also never clean the windows or vacuum. They ARE always courteous and provide a very handy ride to work. I also received a friendly discount on a recent service call, when it took an hour longer than anticipated - nice. Again, just hugely disappointed that there is grease on my mats after mentioning it once already. More

Great experience! This was probably our best experience buying a car. We came in on Friday evening to look and test drive and came back Saturday to buy. Brian was very friendly and laid back and did not pressure us at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We feel like we got a great deal on our purchase and a fair price on our trade. The only complaint we have was just the length of time it took to wait for finance to close the deal, etc. Other than that, excellent experience. We will be referring others to see Brian for any new/used car needs. He was great! More
