I have had a terrible experience this go round. I have tried to contact multiple times regarding financing and have yet to be called back. However there have been issues with the lender and approving the original deal and any day now the vehicle I traded in will be reported as 60+ days delinquent and will impact not only my credit score (that already isn’t great) but will also impact my consistent auto payment history. This has yet to be resolved and I have yet to be contacted back about the matter. Since you had the audacity to send me a request to write a review about my experience, I thought it would make it perfectly clear for you. I will not be held liable for the consequences if my trade in not being paid off in due time, when I have contacted via email and phone multiple times and made sure the finance manager knew how sensitive the time line is. I feel absolutely disrespected not only as a customer but as a single woman trying to handle her business. now as I think I’ve made perfectly clear, I would appreciate a call back regarding my trade in. 9186132480. Took my 2021 Kia Seltos to get checked out because it kept stalling while in drive. I was told there were no loaner cars and could rent a car for up to $33 a day reimbursement. I asked for paperwork for the drop off and was told I didn’t need any. When we came to finally pick up the car 5 days later our ticket didn’t even say what day we dropped off the car and they were weird when we asked about reimbursement. They claimed the car was only there two days so I had them take note. Now a month later and all calls to get our car reimbursement back have fallen on a phone line that no one answers an an unprofessional crew that three weeks in called to ask for my rental agreement which was scanned at the time I picked up my car. I am so angry and upset that I am now paying a premium for a new car in addition to the rental. I will not go back to this place again and I will litigate if this isn’t resolved soon. More

I purchased my Seltos from another dealer. If I had known how awesome they are here. I’m sure their sales dept is as great as they service dept.
