We bought a 2021 Telluride from Midtown. The sales team was fantastic! We did have a miss communication on getting the widows tinted and the time frame for the wheels getting powder coated. We were in the market to buy a new car, and my sister recommended the Kia Soul, as she has one and loves it. I'm a taller guy and she assured me that the headroom would amaze me. Midtown Kia was a bad experience on every level. They charge the highest rate for their vehicles then competitors, but provide the worse experience. Got a new Telluride and it took them over two months t charge the highest rate for their vehicles then competitors, but provide the worse experience. Got a new Telluride and it took them over two months to finish the work on the car. They also had me come to the dealership multiple times saying the work was done and it was not, completely wasting my time. Every member I dealt with was inept, and gave wrong information. They also took forever to get me my license plate and registration, but had no delay filing my lease and making me pay for two months with no vehicle. And to add a cherry on top of my experience, my wife went in to pick up the license plate and was met with disrespectful and rude staff. Don’t even trust this dealership to change my oil. I’ll be using Ferguson from now on More

Took them 11 days to fix my car. Quoted me 900.00 for bumper and 600.00 for struts.
