I had an appointment at 11 when I got there check in . My vehicle was took straight in sent me a video of the check point being done. Did not have a long wait time. I have bought a few cars from 5 dealerships in my lifetime, and have had to deal with a few of the service departments. I can honestly say, that I have never been treated with the respect and care t lifetime, and have had to deal with a few of the service departments. I can honestly say, that I have never been treated with the respect and care that Midtown Kia has treated me both times that I have taken my 2025 Kia Seltos in for service. That means more to me than I can say. My last time in, my Service Advisor, Patrick, did not disappoint me. He made sure I knew what was done to my car and asked if I had any questions. He was very polite and professional. Only high ratings for this Service Department! More
