Traded in a car that I had bought there a month earlier. They knocked $4000 off the value that I had paid for it a month earlier. After the oil change, I noticed the oil level was above the full line on the dipstick. I called and mentioned and drove it back over there and they said it was fine. Also, I’m not certain the tires got rot the full line on the dipstick. I called and mentioned and drove it back over there and they said it was fine. Also, I’m not certain the tires got rotated on both sides. On the driver side, the front tire is worn more than the rear, and this was the first scheduled rotation. More

Most everyone at Midtown Kia is easy to deal with, (nice, professional). I can remember only once when the guy didn’t go over what was done to my car and the ratings of wear.
