Chris, thanks for your public response. It is much different, of course, than the private and completely unresponsive treatment I have been given. This is no surprise. I am more than tired of calling an establishment that doesn't even answer their phone. And when I have come to the dealership in person, no one knows what is going on. Ever. I have waited there twice now with no one ever appearing to speak with me. And when I ask, the staff is ignorant to my requests. I am out over $1200 in new tires and STILL have no idea what warranties I paid for. My number, as you know, is 918.695 0966.
