The courtesy service is a major plus for me because I become very antsy sitting in the waiting room. Thanks Midtown Kia! My salesperson, Tryston, was responsive to my inquiries, until the sale was made, that is. He quickly became an unreliable ghost. Cody in Finance was the same. I have been trying to contact the dealership f until the sale was made, that is. He quickly became an unreliable ghost. Cody in Finance was the same. I have been trying to contact the dealership for weeks (no one answers the phone-ever) in regards to the details of my warranties that I paid a lot of money for. No details were given whatsoever. I was hurried out the door before the ink was dry. 7 phone calls, 6 texts, and 4 emails later, along with a personal visit to the dealer, I STILL have no idea what my warranties are. Add to the fact that I had to buy ALL new tires less than 4 weeks after having the vehicle, and I am not happy. I love the car, mind you, but selling someone a vehicle with exposed treads on the interior sidewalls and tire tread below 4/32nd's of an inch is downright dangerous and horrible. When I spoke with the 'sales manager,' he suggested that I had worn the tires to that point in 3.5 weeks of driving and would do nothing about it. The car is great. Tryston, my salesperson, kept trying to push a different, purple Sorento on me that I had no interest in. That car wouldn't even start. He reluctantly agreed to let me drive the vehicle I ended up buying (with no floor mats included--had to buy those too). Uncaring knuckleheads across the board. More
