Everytime I go to get my car serviced something goes wrong. This last time my oil wasn't changed & my tires wasn't rotated. I marked my tires 1 to 4 & they were still on where they were before. I went t wrong. This last time my oil wasn't changed & my tires wasn't rotated. I marked my tires 1 to 4 & they were still on where they were before. I went to jiffy lube to get my oil changed because midtown kia didn't change it. This place deserves 0 stars. More

Dropped my car off being told it'd be looked at in a week, after calling I was told they're backed up it would be the next week. So I call after my car has been there a month, an was told itd be another week, after calling I was told they're backed up it would be the next week. So I call after my car has been there a month, an was told itd be another month. I did get it back two days later, not a month. But all they did was change my oil, not the best experience. Won't go back. More
