I had a wonderful experience with Mid Town KIA from the time we were just looking until the time we drove home in our new Telluride. The service department has been also great. When I walked in, the services representative was very helpful and treated my car as if it was his own. The service mechanics also went above and beyond to address my problem with the vehicle. I want to note that I was a random walk-in customer with a sensitive car issue. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated my situation and treated me like a valued customer.
