When I finally received my car I was told by Kia Midtown of Tulsa that it was in need of a new battery as my old battery had died after sitting in their lot for so long. I declined buying a new battery from Kia and was told they would jump my car so I could drive it home. I drove it from Kia to an auto shop to have the battery tested and lo and behold the battery was fine! However the connection was unnaturally loose. How strange. Upon receipt of my car it had additional damage to the exterior as well as uncovered electrical wiring in the front seat. I ended up having to sell the car to scrap a month later due to issues with the ignition (which Kia replaced). Throughout this ordeal the manager at the time was of immense help, once he was alerted to the whole situation, but he was fired the same day I went to pick up my car and was replaced by a consultant. I cannot express how much I would advise against doing any business with Kia Midtown in Tulsa.
