I was lied to about the vehicle I was tricked into buying it to put the money down before the car was even gone through service. I was supposed to get it and then they took me home and brought the car to me and gave me no chance to see if I even wanted the car just dropped it off and now the car is like I was told I was gonna get tires on the whole car instead I got two new back tires and they left the old tires on the wheel bearing in the front driver side is is going out and it feels like the control arm is broke or something because I have to move. I have to constantly move the steering wheel to keep it in the lane. I was tricked into buying this car that he knew I needed to get me three hours away. I could for $12,000 and $3000 down. I could've got a freaking way nicer car. I am pissed then I tried calling you back after I got the car to tell him about the tires and now I can't get a response for nobody at Kia. More

I feel like I was treated fairly financially. But the salesman that I dealt with failed to mention the current state of the vehicle I was purchasing. Because of this they had it in the shop fixing things for a while. Also it is very hard to get updates on my vehicle's progress. I purchased it 3/26 and I am still waiting on delivery. It is the 22nd of April and I am still waiting on delivery. Which would not be such a big deal. But I have been told 6 times that it would be “delivered tomorrow “. (I also have the texts to prove this!) So I don't really know what is going on or have any idea when it will be delivered. I did speak with someone today, but heard the same promise of tomorrow. At this point I’ll believe it when I see it. More
