Not good. The truck had a broken passenger seat side panel before we drove it off the lot. The manager told us he would go in and order another one. Then, I got a hateful voicemail from jasmine basically threatening not to complete the title due to them not having the lien release papers. We told the salesperson Alyssa we had the papers with us when we purchased the truck. She said she didn't need them. Was not a smooth process at all and we still don't have the title More
