Great service, we arrived at our appointment time and they where right out to greet us. They offered us a ride home while they worked on the car, later on they called to say our car was done ahead of tim they where right out to greet us. They offered us a ride home while they worked on the car, later on they called to say our car was done ahead of time and sent a car to pick us up and take us back to the dealership. After doing a little paperwork we where done and on our way. Everyone was professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience doing business with them. More

Finding the right car for my wife and dealing with the salesman was fine, it was everything after that left us wondering. Wrong papers were drawn up and signed, but noticed before we left. The dealership salesman was fine, it was everything after that left us wondering. Wrong papers were drawn up and signed, but noticed before we left. The dealership had closed by then, but the finance officer was still around and said he’d type up the correct papers and overnight them to us, with a gift card, and then we can overnight them back. A week later, we drove back up there to deal with some issues (wheel alignment and remote starter stuff) and popped in to finish the paperwork that was not sent to us, to finally complete the sale. The service guy I talked to just a couple days prior had no idea what I was talking about, but finally figured it out and got the car in. Everyone seemed nice, and all were apologetic, but I think everyone is just trying to do too much work and can’t complete anything. More
