Had my car dropped off by a tow truck when the gear shift completely snapped and left it un-drivable. I didn’t hear from the service department at all, I consistently had to call them for updates and was tol completely snapped and left it un-drivable. I didn’t hear from the service department at all, I consistently had to call them for updates and was told my car would not be seen for at least a week. After calling constantly for updates for todays and days, finally heard that our service member was out due to Covid. Understandable, but zero communication occurred and this was going on 3 weeks without my vehicle. There was zero effort made to give me options for another car to drive or even to give an update. Ultimately a part was ordered and it was fixed, but again, I had to call to find out it was ready! They didn’t even do that. When I walked in to pick it up, not a single person said hello or greeted me to tell me where to go, there were 5 people standing around just staring and clearly not working. This department has the most atrocious customer service I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership, or maybe anywhere. I will never be bringing my car back here, nor will I purchase a car from this dealership simply to avoid it altogether. More
