The rear end has a clanking noise that they said was rear shocks. They replaced shocks and it did nothing. Noise is still there. Also the rear end is slipping and they refuse to even look into that problem. Everyone that rides kn my car with me feels the jerking it does and also hears the noise yet the dealership continues to tell me that they can’t get it to make the noise or feel the slipping. It happens every time the car is driven so I know they feel it and the mechanic just doesn’t want to tear into it to see what it is.
