Had visited a different dealership prior to Mid Town Kia Tulsa (Ferguson Kia of Broken Arrow-avoid them at all costs!!) and regret not just going straight to Mid Town. Had purchased from them before (2017) and had a great experience then as well! Great job overall, and we will be back when we purchase our next vehicle. Well done! More

I was lied to about the vehicle I was tricked into buying it to put the money down before the car was even gone through service. I was told I could get my money back after it went through the service. If I d it to put the money down before the car was even gone through service. I was told I could get my money back after it went through the service. If I didn't like the car after I test drove it. I went up there and waited and waited the day. I was supposed to get it and then they took me home and brought the car to me and gave me no chance to see if I even wanted the car just dropped it off and now the car is like I was told I was gonna get tires on the whole car instead I got two new back tires and they left the old tires on the wheel bearing in the front driver side is is going out and it feels like the control arm is broke or something because I have to move. I have to constantly move the steering wheel to keep it in the lane. I was tricked into buying this car that he knew I needed to get me three hours away. I could for $12,000 and $3000 down. I could've got a freaking way nicer car. I am pissed then I tried calling you back after I got the car to tell him about the tires and now I can't get a response for nobody at Kia. More
