There was no need to "shop around" and compare service centers. Midpoint consistently has provided me with service above expectations. Appointments are easy to make. Rates are competitive, (more than competitive if you include the lack of pressure to preform extra services as some dealers do). I never have to worry about the work being done correctly and completed on time. In recognition of the quality of the entire service experience, I think there could be no better recommendation than the fact that my entire family now services their vehicles exclusively at Midpoint. I would be remiss if I did not offer the observation that my satisfaction with my service experience at Midpoint is greatly enhanced by the efforts of my service adviser, Shannon Bowling. Wasn’t a lift available I had an appointment for a recall. I asked if they could check the right side of the vehicle because the self adjusting shock pops when going down the I had an appointment for a recall. He had a technician to drive it around the parking lot and he said he didn’t hear anything. I asked him if he could look and see if he saw anything but was told there wasn’t any lifts available. I drove an hour to the dealership. So no I was not satisfied.i was also told that my paperwork was in the vehicle but it was not. More

Wonderful, as always! I will drive the 40 minutes to this service department everytime! Shannon is always polite and courteous.
