Down Home Dealership I have always returned my '07 Buick Lucerne to Midpoint for service. Even though we only drive less than 5,000 miles a year, I have elected to drive I have always returned my '07 Buick Lucerne to Midpoint for service. Even though we only drive less than 5,000 miles a year, I have elected to drive nearly an hour from my home to Midpoint for the normal annual oil change and Virginia state inspection. This has been a very reliable vehicle, so other visits for service are very rare. I have purchased three new vehicles from Midpoint and I originally purchased from them because I liked the independent ownership and the friendly atmosphere. I was disappointed when I learned they had been purchased by the Berglund group, but in fact they have retained much of their "home-town" qualities, quite different from the "big boys" back in Roanoke. I will continue to take my Buick to Midpoint for service and if I should purchase another new vehicle, I will certainly consider Midpoint. More

Excellent service I was able to make a call on Mon & have my vehicle serviced 2 days later on Wed. Normally you do not expect to be able to get your vehicle serviced on I was able to make a call on Mon & have my vehicle serviced 2 days later on Wed.
