I have had great experiences until yesterday. I booked my appointment online, I listed out what I needed, new tires, services, etc. When I got to the dealership they checked me in and after waiting, the serv appointment online, I listed out what I needed, new tires, services, etc. When I got to the dealership they checked me in and after waiting, the service rep came and told me they didn't have my tires, and they either could not or would not order them and didn't offer an alternate choice. They then told me the only service I needed was a tire rotation and since I needed new tires, that they could not provide, they would bring my truck around for me and that was the end of my appointment. I then had to go elsewhere to get tires, I had my entire morning ruined, because not only did I block off time to bring my truck in, I then had to go elsewhere, and spend my time at another shop to get tires put on my truck. I purchased my truck from this dealership and so have other members of my family purchased vehicles here, and I was very underwhelmed by what occurred. More
