Didnt fix the gas tank latch like I asked. Who knows if they even did the 20k service because service button wasn’t reset & no paperwork to even show they did anything. The person that helped me was friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle the tire that was replaced still had some of the white lubricant around the wheel and biggest complaint is that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle the tire that was replaced still had some of the white lubricant around the wheel and tire. I asked the gentleman what it was and he told me it was the lubricant from when they change the tire. He offered to run it through the wash, but I had to start a road trip to Alabama and didn’t have the time to wait for it. Seems kind of like a half done job and kind of frustrated me that they wouldn’t have cleaned it off before saying it was complete. I get the impression this was just a one off experience as everyone was very friendly. People on my receipt: Advisor - Terrence Whitmore - Very helpful, professional, and polite Service - Daniel Peterson - I did not meet him so I cannot adequately rate him; however, if he did the actual service then he needs to clean the area off or make sure it is known that the area needs to be cleaned off. Director - Chris Ayers - I did not meet him so I cannot adequately rate him; however, director sounds like a manager of sorts so the car cleanup process needs to be addressed to make sure the customer is getting a complete product. I recently purchased a used vehicle and I believe John made this process of maintaining it easier than I imagined.
