He does a great job keeping you informed and isn't misleading at all. He has proven to be accommodating with my schedule and what I need done so that is also very appreciated. He maintains a very professional and friendly attitude from drop off to pick up and offers assistance anytime afterwards. He's definitely an asset to the company. I like that Dick Dyer tries to keep you with the same service rep....a smart business tactic! More

The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and kept me up to date regarding my needs. From sales to service this was a top-notch experience.
