I’m not pleased with the service center lately. This is the third time I’ve asked for the noise in my A/C to be checked. Last time I was told they didn’t have time to check it. This time I specifically as the third time I’ve asked for the noise in my A/C to be checked. Last time I was told they didn’t have time to check it. This time I specifically asked that it be checked - it wasn’t. There is nothing on my receipt about inspecting the A/C. I was told the noise was normal and given excuses why they couldn’t get an actual diagnostic mechanic to look at it - I’d have to wait a long time. It’s embarrassing all the noise my new car makes. My sons 2001 Tahoe with 200,000 miles makes less noise. More
