Went with a flat tire. Victor was extremely friendly and helpful. He made an effort to get tire repaired at no cost. However, the damage was was irreparable. This center is normally very good; however, the last 2 times posed some concerns. The young ladies (I'm one too although not young :-). dismissed my tire warning light as fixed, it was not. Its still bli times posed some concerns. The young ladies (I'm one too although not young :-). dismissed my tire warning light as fixed, it was not. Its still blinking on start and stays steady, never going out. The first stated it was fixed and the second stated that it was just the cold weather even after I informed her of the long distance and high speed driving incurred on these tires. I know better but one doesn't want to argue with an "expert". I've bought 3 cars and done service with Dick Dyer center for over 20 years. I don't think this is a huge problem but one that is easily fixed. In 20 years this is the lowest I have ever rated Dick Dyer. I hope this is not a new trend. More

Serviceman Daniel Peterson was wonderful. HE seemed caring, conscious and considered of my time. HE assured me they would try to get me going before the mentioned possible 3hr wait time.
