Service I went in for an oil change, I knew I needed brakes & left with a $500.00 quote for my fronts, including disc’s. I left & got them done at a local oil I went in for an oil change, I knew I needed brakes & left with a $500.00 quote for my fronts, including disc’s. I left & got them done at a local oil & brake franchise for a decent amount less. If the dealership was a bit more reasonable I would have had them done there. I like the service & the oil change price but better deals can be had on maintenance elsewhere. More

vibration in front end and muffler type noise under car Once again, I was very impressed with Evan Boice's professionalism and keen insights into the issues with my 2008 Highlander's problems. He eliminated Once again, I was very impressed with Evan Boice's professionalism and keen insights into the issues with my 2008 Highlander's problems. He eliminated the vibrations in front end, advising me that the local tire repair shop I used had not done the required dynamic balancing of my wheels upon tire installation. Evan said that this must be done on this car for proper balancing, and he was right! It was eliminated , as a result. Evan also showed me that the underside muffler noise was caused by two rusted our muffler fasteners, allowing the pipes to vibrate, causing the noise. This too was eliminated quickly and cost effectively. So I am very pleased with Evan's professionalism, honesty and keen ability to resolve my car's problems. A job well done! More
