Another Excellent Experience Brought my 2017 Camry in for its 25k-mile and Auto Butler service. In advance of appointment, staff was very helpful and understanding with my need to Brought my 2017 Camry in for its 25k-mile and Auto Butler service. In advance of appointment, staff was very helpful and understanding with my need to reschedule the previous date/time of said appointment. Needed to leave my car with them for the service, but they got me in and out quickly on the drop off, and then generously provided a shuttle to bring me to work. A few hours later when the car was ready, they then sent a shuttle back out to get me. I've always appreciated the above-and-beyond lengths to which these guys go for me. More

Friendly but had hiccups I have gone to Middletown Toyota many times for my service needs, and have dealt with many of their techs. Their service advisors are usually very fri I have gone to Middletown Toyota many times for my service needs, and have dealt with many of their techs. Their service advisors are usually very friendly and knowledgeable, but I have had hiccups along the way. Oil plug not screwed back on so oil leaks out, radio not hooked back up after an airbag recall, miscommunication between departments... I tend to overlook these hiccups, even though they happen frequently during my service visits, because I feel like the service manager is trying hard to run a successful department, and will admit (and make right) when his team makes a mistake. The techs are friendly, the manager tries hard, but too many times I have had to go back after a service because something wasn't done right, or make a phone call because something want communicated correctly. It tends to be frustrating. More
