They also were hurrying up to cut the deal, and since I was doing a first time lease, I made a mistake by not calculating the total price (down + installments + residual) and in my case it had gone way more than what was agreed upon. When I called the dealership after noticing this, they said that it's a bank charge and they cannot do anything about it. So beware - the price you see and agree is not what you get. More

Horrible. No stars given if option I dropped my car off on a Thursday for a check engine light, found to be a loose gasket. I also needed a new battery. No call. Finally after calling several times Saturday and leaving a message (never got a call back) called again and found out my car had been ready for pick up since Thursday evening. I work weekends and had to inconvenience everyone in my family for rides to work and borrowing cars to find out I could have picked up my car the same day as service. Awful. Never going back, nor will I buy my next car there. More
