A poor car buying experience. I took delivery of my 2017 Toyota 4Runner on March 19, 2018. I found numerous errors on the sales contract prior to signing. The two biggest errors we I took delivery of my 2017 Toyota 4Runner on March 19, 2018. I found numerous errors on the sales contract prior to signing. The two biggest errors were the stated trade-in value on my vehicle was a $1,000 lower than what was quoted and the extended service warranty noted 100,000 miles not the stated 125,000 miles. Once pointing out the errors, they did correct them prior to me signing what I thought was the final retail purchase order for motor vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle was the longest time I ever experienced. I was contacted by the dealership the next day and asked if I can go down there and sign another retail purchase order due to other errors of which I went down there in a snow storm. Also, the vehicle was not properly detailed. The driver's side rear door has a number of swirl marks deep in the clear coat and one spot into the paint. I also removed numerous clear plastic sheets over several plastic panels in the vehicle. Also, I brought the vehicle back there to have them replace a front speaker because it was not working properly. They did replace the speaker. Unfortunately, I work two jobs and have little to no time to point out the swirl marks in the paint. The sales people I talked to were very professional and polite. Also, the owner of the dealership did call and apologize for the mix-up in the numbers noted on the sales contract. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, however, I cannot give a positive rating because I cannot over look the condition the vehicle (deep scratches in the paint and broken speaker) was delivered. More
