This attitude developed over time with bad experiences. On our first ever visit to Middletown Toyota, we met Sam who was welcoming but not pushy. He asked specifically what we were looking for and helped us narrow down our choices based on our requirements. He knew his cars and what features met our needs. When we departed, he promised he would not hound us with calls, emails etc but requested that if we decided to buy a Toyota would we please buy it from him. Plain, simple to the point. He kept his word about not bugging us and 6 weeks later we returned and ordered a car from him. He made the process pleasant and convenient. He quickly built up a trust with us. Jasmine, the person that explained the operation on the car on delivery was also excellent. Explained things so we understood the technology without being intimidated. Real friendly and wonderful attitude, making sure we felt comfortable with our new purchase. My bad attitude is gone and look forward to dealing with Middletown Toyota with our new car. More

But, my Rav 4 has an on going but intermittent electronic problem. I am told nothing can be done because while it is being serviced the car doesn’t exhibit these problems. However, driving there I had problems & driving home after being serviced I had a problem. I turned around to bring it back & it of course it was working again. It seems that Toyota should be able to do something. More

When I called to schedule an appointment, the service person checked to be certain the parts were in and My Yaris was recalled for an air bag issue. When I called to schedule an appointment, the service person checked to be certain the parts were in and scheduled an appointment for a time convenient for me. I waited for the work to be completed. It was done more quickly than I anticipated (less than an hour). The customer lounge was clean with a tv tuned to cnn. A good experience. More
