I had no credit to speak of (no assets) but applied online and got pre-approved...I was still skeptical. I followed up and made an appt with Jasmine. The next day after my visit I got a call that I had final approval. I was beyond thrilled. It took almost 3 weeks to bring my new 2018 Toyota Yaris home ( all having to do with me getting the money for my deposit). Jasmine and Sherri were very patient and helpful and helped me bring my "baby" home. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Highly recommended.. More

Good customer service Went to this center to fix my flat tire and ended up being recommended to fix two of my tires. When talking about options the head of services (I beli Went to this center to fix my flat tire and ended up being recommended to fix two of my tires. When talking about options the head of services (I believe) overheard and instead of not having the tires available until Monday, he instructed another guy to make a call and get me the tires today. I was very impressed with the quickness of this and by the end of the afternoon I had everything fixed. My only complaint was when I got into my car I noticed the antenna on the front of my car was bent backwards and stuck inside the passenger door which I thought was a tad sloppy. But overall everyone was nice and friendly, especially Melissa who was helping me throughout the process. More
