Melissa, Service Team member, advised I get a jump and if the car started to get it down to their facility for a diagnostic. With a little wait (only reasonable - I was interrupting their scheduled appointments) it was confirmed the battery was the reason, it was replaced quickly and I was on the road in time to make first appointment.
