Service Department Experience I experienced impeccable customer service throughout my entire visit with attention to detail. I was promptly greeted upon pulling into the service ba I experienced impeccable customer service throughout my entire visit with attention to detail. I was promptly greeted upon pulling into the service bay. At the service counter, John Dwyer took the time to see if there were any service recalls. He informed me that they were running a little behind and apologized for any delay. My wait time was about the same as my previous visit. At check out, John reviewed the services completed and vehicle condition according to the inspection paperwork. He inquired about scheduling my next service visit. I was directed to the location of my vehicle which had just been washed. Thank you Middletown Toyota Service Department for taking such good care of my vehicle. More
