Leaking oil filter on new highlander My first oil change. Brought 2017 limited highlander in. After oil change my just waxed suv was covered in water spots from their “courtesy” wash. Week later see oil on garage floor from under the oil filter. Wiped it down. Didn’t drive much as I went away. Came back to a larger oil pool, same spot. Brought back to dealer and mechanic was doubting me, saying level was good and couldn’t see any leaks. Led to argument. Finally he changed filter and service person said mechanic found oil residue on filter. That’s because it was leaking. After leaving dealership now my climate control shut off isn’t working. Really? Horrible experience Then service manager never called me back after I requested to talk. I called and all’s he said was an insincere “sorry” More
